BIOETHANOL ALTERNATIVE FUEL - FLEXFUEL E85 / SP95-98 CONVERSION

EXPLANATIONS
Come and take advantage of our experience. We currently offer solutions and products that allow you to run on E85 (Bioethanol) or SP95 or SP98 (Flexfuel). The Flexfuel engine mapping allows you to use any fuel in any proportion only after our specific calibration. Specifically, with the addition of bioethanol there will be consequences such as an increase in power and a reduction in the temperature of the exhaust gases during operation with bioethanol. We can also direct the vehicle tuning only on the E85 or with additional% bioethanol. This principle is the same as the vehicles sold as original Flexfuel by the manufacturers.

FLEXFUEL CONVERSION Automatic BIOETHANOL / LEAD-FREE AND MY ENGINE?
Its use does not alter the mechanical parts of the engine but improves its delivery and its power. However, it requires adequate adaptation of the injection parameters. This is the role of our intervention for the conversion to flexfuel E85. This principle is the same as the vehicles sold as original Flexfuel by the manufacturers.

REPROGRAMMING BIOETHANOL E85 FLEXFUEL

Our E85 conversion allows you to drive with the different E85 or% (some brands are excluded).
Consumption can increase from 13% to 25% with bioethanol.
Cold starts are calculated by mapping specific to the type of engine, the difficulty varies according to the% of bioethanol used.
Tools can be installed to check the right% of bioethanol used in real time.
The vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations or requests from the engine engineer.
The spark plugs must be changed every 20,000 km maximum (we recommend calculating wear based on the type of spark plug).
Ignition coils must be changed every 100,000 km maximum (85,000 km recommended).
we recommend the replacement of pipes and parts related to the passage of fuel with specific bioethanol pipes or parts.
We do not install an additional ecu for engine management but the stock one or the one installed on the engine in question will be recalibrated.
Like any repair on a vehicle under warranty, this too can compromise the manufacturer's warranty.
